I had this team work on upgrades to my panel and sub-panel. They worked for hours on an old panel upgrade with old knob and tube wiring that was a nightmare. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful while I managed to work from home. Rob, Frank, Mickey, Trevor, and Juan were great (just to name a few as they had a whole team here helping expedite the job). They all worked over 11 hours and had to come back first thing the next day to complete this upgrade. I was very frustrated during the process due to being in a home 100% electric; however, they were so calm and collected and assured me everything would be taken care of. Very great group of guys who do work well together and are dedicated to completing a good job. No complaints, and highly recommend! Thank you for all your help.

Rob was very helpful in explaining what was going on in the house and explaining exactly what needed to happen. I had my service panels upgraded, along with setting up an EV charger in my detached garage. This involved a lot of coordination with the utility company and township, which is not easy. PEM took care of all this very efficiently. Also, they engaged a very able and knowledgeable person for the trenching work and made sure pavers were not damaged in the process. A+++! Highly recommend. We first used them for an EV charger installation at our home about a year ago. They were quick, efficient, clean, and easy to work with. Recently, we had an issue with our electrical panel that was found during our generator installation with another company. That company gave us a pretty high quote, thinking that I'd just do the work with them because they were there anyway and they could easily update the permit for the work. I felt that it was high, so I decided to get other quotes. So I went back to PEM since they did work for me on the EV charger. Their quote was better, and their work was more detailed than what was described would be done by the other company. These are now my go-to guys for any electrical work. They take care of the permit process so that it is seamless, and they do great work.
