Membership includes:
- One complimentary on-site diagnostic visit per membership year (valued at $250+)
- Priority Scheduling
- Manufacturer warranty documentation assistance
- A compatible temporary loaner charger (subject to availability and compatibility)
- Standard labor to install one manufacturer-provided warranty replacement charger
- Standard labor to install one compatible customer-purchased replacement charger if the original charger is no longer under warranty
Annual Home Electrical Safety Inspection:
- Visual
- Non-invasive
- Not a code inspection
- Not a guarantee that no defects exist
Includes:
- Electrical panel visual inspection
- EV charging breaker and circuit inspection
- Visible wiring inspection
- Charger operation verification
- Smoke detector testing throughout the home
- Identification of visible electrical concerns before they become costly repairs
